Leading UK holiday company were looking to replace there manual paper-based processes with a single solution that would all staff reps at resorts across the world to allow guest to sign up for various children’s clubs and activities.

To sign-up for a children’s activity club or activity, customers had to complete numerous forms which required the holiday maker to complete the same information numerous times. Some forms were online while others were paper based and near the swimming pool! Staff at the resorts found it very time consuming to collate the documentation and ensure it was handed to the correct members of staff. While management at head office had very little insight into the usage of the activities.

A responsive PowerApps was created that which would be accessed on mobile, tablet, laptop or via a browsers. The solution can a simple, easy to use system that cut down on the amount of information a customer had to complete. Staff running each club had an instant view over the number of kids that were signed up and actually in the club each day. While management could monitor which clubs were popular and staff accordingly.

Holidays makers found the signing up of activities much simpler and a increase in the number of clubs was noted.
Health and Safety along with compliance requirements were much easily met as logs of all children’s locations were records with signatures held for when kids entered and lefts clubs.
While management reporting had a much better understanding of staffing requirements and the popularity of the activities held.
